Instructions to Authors

Preparation of Final Manuscript

  • Use only IEEE standard two column conference paper template. Link
  • The maximum length of the paper for review is 6 double-column pages including references. The maximum File Size allowed is 10 MB in PDF format without encryption and/or passwords, with single line spacing, main text font size no smaller than 10 points.
  • The document must not contain any bookmarks, links (URLs), form fields, PDF annotation. The pdf file should not be a scanned image, encrypted file, or print-only file.
  • Names and affiliations of all the authors should be included in the manuscript mandatorily.
  • All fonts should be embedded in the PDF file itself.
  • All papers must be submitted on the EDAS portal.
  • The deadline for submission of the final camera-ready manuscript is [date]
  • Papers having poor quality and/or high similarity index will be desk rejected (without review).
  • The presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore if they meet the IEEE standards and pass the quality check.

Uploading the Final Manuscript

  • It is imperative that you verify that the abstract that is written in EDAS corresponds with the abstract that is included in the final document, as this information will be utilised in the production of the product booklet and the abstract.
  • Kindly ensure that your source material is thoroughly proofread to ensure that it does not require any revisions before you proceed with the creation of the final version for submission.
  • The Camera Ready Manuscript must be made IEEE Xplore Compatible by running it through PDF eXpress. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress. If you already have a user account, use your registered email ID and password. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.
  2. Use the Conference ID: 63735X.
  3. Upload the source file for Conversion, and/or PDF for Checking.
  4. Use the IEEE PDF eXpress website to generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF.
  5. The site contains instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
  • After obtaining a PDF that is compatible with IEEE Xplore, you should then log in to your EDAS account and navigate to the page that contains a listing of your article.
  • Following that, you will need to fill out the “Copyright Form”. Obtain the symbol by going to the part that is titled "Copyright form" and clicking on it. Select the "IEEE Copyright Submission" button, and then click on it. Following this link will take you to the copyright page of the IEEE. Follow the steps that are outlined there in order to fill out the form.
  • After this is finished, you will be able to proceed with the uploading of your final manuscript through EDAS, provided that you have logged into your EDAS account. You can access the paper that you have sent in to NCC 2025 by going to the "My papers" section of your EDAS homepage and then clicking on the document. You will be taken to a new page, which will contain a link that will allow you to send in your final manuscript that has been authorised by PDF eXpress.
