Author Guidelines & Camera-Ready Submission

All participants are requested to carefully read and follow the instructions provided below to ensure smooth submission, registration, and participation in ICCSEMTI 2026 organized by Global Conferences.

  • All participants must register online through the official conference website before the registration deadline.
  • Only original and unpublished research contributions or extended abstracts are accepted.
  • Dual publication or simultaneous submission to other journals or conferences is strictly prohibited.
  • Papers must satisfy the selection criteria of the intended publication outlet.
  • Registered participants will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
  • A paper may include up to four authors (including the guide) at the standard registration fee.
  • Authors opting for Scopus / SCI / UGC CARE journals may publish with additional publication charges as specified by the respective journal.
Instructions to Authors

Authors are requested to carefully prepare and submit the final camera-ready manuscript in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by Global Conferences.

Preparation of Final Manuscript
  • Manuscripts must be prepared using the official Word or LaTeX template provided on the conference website.
  • Paper size must be A4, with margins strictly as specified in the template.
  • Font style must be Times New Roman or as defined in the template.
  • The manuscript must be prepared only in a two-column conference paper format.
PDF and Formatting Requirements
  • The final PDF must not contain bookmarks, hyperlinks (URLs), form fields, or annotations.
  • All fonts must be embedded within the PDF file.
  • Names and affiliations of all authors must be included mandatorily in the manuscript.
Submission & Copyright
  • The camera-ready manuscript must be submitted via the official submission email of Global Conferences.
  • After submission, authors must fill and submit the Copyright Form.

  • Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author.
  • Student registration is permitted only if at least one co-author has completed author registration.
  • A full registration covers the presentation of up to two papers, provided the registrant is an author of both.
  • In-person presentation is mandatory for inclusion in the official proceedings.

  • Click the “Join” button on the respective date tab to attend or present.
  • Join the session at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time (IST).
  • Keep microphones muted and video off unless instructed by the host.
  • Presentation duration per paper: 10–15 minutes.
  • Presenters must mention their Paper ID during the presentation.

Article Norms
  • Standard paper length: 6 pages.
  • Minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 10 pages are permitted without additional charges.
Ethical Standards
  • Accurate and honest representation of data and findings.
  • Proper acknowledgment of all sources and contributors.

Plagiarism, including the misappropriation of ideas, language, or expressions, is considered a serious ethical violation.

  • Manuscripts must have less than 10% similarity.
  • Authors are encouraged to use authenticated plagiarism tools such as iThenticate or Turnitin.
  • Authors may appeal plagiarism or ethical decisions by submitting a written request to the Conference Ethics Committee.
  • All appeal decisions are final and binding.

All attendees must adhere to the conference code of conduct, which promotes a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.
